National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provide free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Crisis Text Line: Free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention by empowering a community of trained volunteers to support people in their moments of need. Text HOME to 741741 to be connected to a live, trained Crisis Counselor.

Disaster Distress Helpline: Available 24/7, 365-days-a-year, this national hotline is dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster.
