National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provide free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Crisis Text Line: Free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention by empowering a community of trained volunteers to support people in their moments of need. Text HOME to 741741 to be connected to a live, trained Crisis Counselor.
Disaster Distress Helpline: Available 24/7, 365-days-a-year, this national hotline is dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster.
UCLA Staff and Faculty Counseling Center: UCLA's Staff and Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC) fosters a productive and supportive work environment for all employees. They offer a wide range of services, such as confidential counseling for employees and their family members, management consultation, coaching, training, retreat facilitation, work-life programs, support groups, and community resource referrals.
UCLA Wellness Confidential Check-In with Emotional Support Team Member: Complete a simple, 10-minute COVID-19 Stress & Coping Questionnaire and a counselor will personally respond to you with options and resources for follow-up if recommended. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. This is not a crisis intervention service.

UCLA's Semel Healthy Campus Initiative (HCI): Prioritizing the health and wellness of our staff, this initiative draws on UCLA's world-renowned research and teaching to promote living well. FITWELL Program: The UCLA Rec FITWELL Program offers access to free in-person and virtual fitness and mobility classes and workshops. Recorded “Fit Breaks” such as “Warm Up to Work (WU2W) and Midday Mobility are led by certified trainers and available for on-demand viewing.
