    About Me

    Dr. Mahajan is Professor of Anesthesiology and Bioengineering. He is the Chair of Department of Anesthesiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His clinical expertise is in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology and Echocardiography. As Director of the UCLA Perioperative Services at UCLA, he coordinates a multi-disciplinary team of physicians involved in the care of patients undergoing surgical and interventional procedures. Dr. Mahajan's research focuses on autonomic neural modulation of cardiac electrophysiology and assessment of cardiac mechanical function in heart failure.
