Dr. Peddi received her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University with Honors. She then attended Duke
University School of Medicine where she was selected to conduct research at the National Institutes of Health as a
Howard Hughes Scholar. She completed her internal medicine training at Washington University, where she also
served as Chief Resident. She was chief editor of the Washington Manual for Medical Therapeutics, 32nd edition.
She completed her Hematology/Oncology training at Washington University and UCLA.
Dr. Peddi is active in a variety of clinical trials at UCLA and has an active clinical practice. She has led the medical
oncology aspect of the multidisciplinary team at the Revlon Breast Center, Ronald Reagan UCLA campus. She is a
past recipient of the prestigious American Society of Clinical Oncology Young Investigator Award for breast cancer
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Dr. Peddi is a member of the American
Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
