She is listening and well aware of my medical record. Provided good recommendations.

Dr Kim seems professional and efficient. I think that rapport was difficult to establish as my appointment was for a new patient and a pre op. Dr Kim asked basic questions, but the connection and trust was not a priority. I am sure she is a great clinician, but the care element seemed to be absent in this circumstance.

Dr. Kim was able to make time on short notice to review my results with me and answer all of my questions. I was pleased to be able to speak with her before the long weekend.
