About

Jon is a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine who treats patients of all ages. Originally from Southern California, he grew up in Mission Viejo and attended the University of Southern California where he obtained a dual degree in Biology and Psychology. Throughout high school and college, he dedicated himself to his education and water polo.

He continued his medical education at Saba School of Medicine and then moved to Minnesota to complete his medical training. He completed his residency at Hennepin County Medical Center, which is a hospital known for its emergency/trauma medicine, community outreach, and treatment of the underserved.

Thereafter, he finished a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Minnesota. Here, he was one of the team physicians for Women's softball and many other sports at the University of Minnesota. He also was the team physician for all sports at Bethel University, an NCAA Division III school. Jon was also part of the medical staff for the NFL, X Games, and Big 10 championship level events.

He continues to provide medical care to patients of all ages at the University of California, Los Angeles in the Urgent Care setting. Here he continues his passion for community outreach and attending to those in need.
