Dr. Michael Farhangian is a board-certified dermatologist who practices in Encino and Santa Monica. A native New Yorker, he completed his undergraduate studies in Queens College and went on to medical school at the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY. Between his third and fourth years of medical school, he decided to pursue a dedicated research year in Dermatology with Dr. Steven Feldman at Wake Forest where he also completed his residency training as Chief Resident.
Dr.Farhangian has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has a special interest in Complex Medical Dermatology, but enjoys all aspects of Dermatology including surgery and cosmetics.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the great outdoors and cooking.
