UCLA Breast Center Santa Monica is an innovative, integrated care model for patients with diseases of the breast. Patients are seen and evaluated by the entire expert care team in one clinic visit, creating the ideal patient-centered experience.
Utilizing state-of-the-art clinical care, the expert care team of the UCLA-Santa Monica Center for Personalized Breast Care is able to develop a personalized profile for the patient and their primary care medical providers. This approach improves the precision of care and quality of life for the patient. Progress is being made in the development of personalized genomic medicine as a research program to augment personalized care.
Our expert patient navigators serve as personal facilitators in patient interactions with the UCLA Health System by guiding them through the complexities of diagnosis, treatment, and follow up.
This center will serve as an example of the exciting vision of how we care for our patients, ultimately helping us heal humankind, one patient at a time.
The UCLA Breast Center Santa Monica is located in the new state-of-the-art award winning Medical Office Building at 1223 16th Street, across from the entrance of the new UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica.
