UCLA Radiology Manhattan Beach is the First Accredited IAC Vein Center in Southern California
02/19/2016

UCLA Radiology Imaging and Interventional Center has voluntarily undergone a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of experts. The IAC grants accreditation only to those facilities that are found to be providing quality patient care, in compliance with national standards through a comprehensive application process including a detailed review of selected patient procedures. Of the 80 accredited facilities in the country, UCLA Radiology Manhattan Beach was the first to gain accreditation in Southern California.
Our UCLA Radiology team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and technologists offer comprehensive vein care. Services include sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and endovenous thermal ablation of diseased superficial veins.
UCLA Radiology's Imaging and Interventional Centers Manhattan Beach Medical Director, Dr. Cheryl Hoffman states, "Obtaining this comprehensive accreditation has really been a team effort. We are pleased to provide and to be recognized for high quality venous care. We take great pride in continuing to be on the forefront of contemporary vein care."
