If you think your child and family would benefit from one of our programs please contact our intake coordinator, Debbie Richards, LCSW at (310) 825-0210.
On your first day, please plan to spend your day with us. Our treatment team will be meeting with you throughout the day to get to know your child and your family. Please bring as much paperwork as you can (i.e. school reports, IEP'S, psychiatric and/or psychological assessments, neurology assessments, and their immunization record).
Your child should wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. While you meet with the treatment team, we will introduce your child to the staff and peers, daily schedule and encourage them to get started with the program. We provide lunch and snacks for the children; however, you may bring food if there are special dietary considerations or allergies.
The IOP Program Coordinator will schedule your initial intake appointment. On this day, please bring the following information with you: any available school reports, IEP'S, psychiatric and/or psychological assessments, neurology assessments.
Please note that you intake appointment might be scheduled on a different day then your program start day.
