Marcela Franco, age 26, who was in critical condition in the intensive care unit, died this morning. The family requests privacy at this time.
The other patient, Debra Fine, was discharged home in good condition Saturday evening.
No spokespersons from UCLA are available for interviews and no press briefings are scheduled.

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center received three female victims from the Santa Monica Shootings on June 7.
Two had arrived in critical condition. One died later on in the day on June 7. The other critical patient is in an intensive care unit, where she remains in critical condition.
The third patient is now listed in good condition.
Previously, it was reported that three female victims were treated and released at UCLA Health - Santa Monica Medical Center. This number of patients has been updated to four female patients treated and released on June 7 from UCLA Health - Santa Monica Medical Center.
The patients and their families request that their privacy be respected.

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center received three female victims from the Santa Monica shootings. Two arrived in critical condition and one has since died. The other critical patient is out of surgery and has been moved to an intensive care unit, where she remains in critical condition. The third patient who was initally listed in serious condition is now listed in fair condition.
In addition, three other female victims were taken to UCLA Health - Santa Monica Medical Center with minor injuries and have been treated and released.

One female victim was taken to UCLA Health - Santa Monica Medical Center and is listed in good condition.
There will be a press briefing at 3:15 p.m. at the corner of Gayley Avenue and Charles Young Drive South.
