Improving Sleep: For Individuals with Cancer and their loved ones.
Over one-third of U.S. adults reported experiencing insomnia in the past year. Whether sleep disruption is due to worry, physical pain, medication side effects, or other causes, individuals with cancer, caregivers, and/or family members can learn cognitive and behavioral strategies to improve sleep quality and promote a better night’s rest.
