WHAT: At a special conference sponsored by the UCLA Center on Aging and the UCLA Multicampus Program in Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, leading UCLA researchers will present their latest findings on aging and age-related issues, including Alzheimer's disease, cancer, estrogen therapy, social interaction, depression and anxiety, alcohol and drug use, and much more. The program will include both speakers and poster research sessions. WHO: Fernando Torres-Gil, associate dean of the UCLA School of Public Affairs, will deliver the conference's keynote address, "The Politics of Aging: Clinton, McCain, Obama and Baby Boomer Retirement."
