What makes UCLA Health—The Men’s Clinic different?

The Men’s Clinic is led by Dr. Jesse Mills, a board-certified, fellowship trained surgeon nationally recognized for clinical and surgical management of male reproductive, sexual and male hormonal conditions.

Dr. Jacob Rajfer, professor of urology, is a world expert on male fertility and sexual medicine.  When a man decides to become a patient at the Men’s Clinic, he will soon realize he’s in the best hands to care for all of his men’s health needs and part of the UCLA community of experts in all fields of medicine.

To best optimize men’s personal health, goals of care are individualized to the patient.  For example, testosterone replacement has become a huge cash pay industry where many centers push whatever treatment is financially beneficial to the company, not beneficial to the patient.  The Men’s Clinic offers every testosterone therapy available from oral medications, gels, injections and long acting pellets.  Be wary of any physician who only prescribes one form of therapy.  Additionally, a man will get an honest answer as to whether he’s a candidate for testosterone replacement or would be better off following aggressive lifestyle adjustments to meet his health goals.
