Elaine brings more than 30 years of compensation and performance managements experience to serve client needs. She facilitates the design and implementation of variable compensation, performance management, and recognition programs that reinforce clients' business strategies and priorities.
While her experience crosses industries, Elaine consults extensively with grant-making foundations and major public charities. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Southern California and a Professional Designation of Personnel Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is an active supporter of UCLA women's health center and women's basketball. In addition to varied charitable work and financial giving, she is providing funds for the building of a no-kill animal shelter under the auspices of the Eastern Madera County SPCA.
