Thank you Letter:

On behalf of the Alumni and Faculty Association of the GLA VA/UCLA Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, we want to thank the entire alumni community for its generous support of the fellows.  For the first time in our history, the Association was able to offer to sponsor travel for all of the fellows to attend AGS.  This is in addition to its sponsorship of the reunion at the AGS meeting.

As you know, your alma mater, the UCLA Division of Geriatrics, continues to be consistently rated in the top five in the country (U.S. News & World Report) and is home to the largest clinical fellowship training program and three advanced fellowship tracks.  With your help, we will continue to develop new strategies to train current and future geriatricians who provide exemplary comprehensive and compassionate care; teach physicians-in-training; and conduct research.

Thank you for your ongoing efforts to make this community so welcoming for all members.  It is a privilege to be part of it.
