Scientific Interests

Dr. David Elashoff's primary area of statistical research is in the design and analysis of high-throughput microarray and proteomic studies. He also has a strong interest in the methodology for the design and analysis of biomarker discovery and validation studies. Elashoff has extensive experience working on cancer related projects with collaborations in lung, head and neck, prostate, breast, pancreatic, colon and skin cancers. These collaborations include basic science, biomarker discovery, translational research and clinical trials.
