90-Minute Workshop on Improving Sleep for Individuals with Cancer and Family Members. Over one-third of U.S. adults reported experiencing insomnia in the past year. Whether sleep disruption is due to worry, physical pain, medication side effects, or other causes, you can learn cognitive and behavioral strategies to improve your sleep quality and promote a better night’s rest.
