Dr. Li graduated from Northwestern University in 2003 with a BA in Psychology. Afterwards, he attended medical school at Wake Forest University, graduating in 2007. He completed a residency in general pediatrics at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in 2010 and a fellowship in pediatric pulmonology at Children's Hospital Los Angeles in 2013. He joined the faculty at UCLA in 2013, and is part of the growing division there.
He serves as Clinical Director for the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Associate Director of the UCLA Cystic Fibrosis Center, and Associate Director of the Home Mechanical Ventilation Program.
His interests outside of medicine include yoga, hiking, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in LA.
