About
Dr. Vahabnezhad is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. After earning a B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA, she attended medical school in New York at the albert Einstein College of MEdicine. She then returned to UCLA for her pediatric residencey and gastroenterology fellowship. Dr. Vahabnezhad is board-certified in Pediatric Gastroenerology and General Pediatrics.
She primarily sees patients at the UCLA subspecialty clinic in Santa Monica and serves as the medical director of the clinic. She works with other subspecialty providers to continue to expand access to care to patients in the community. Dr. Vahabnezhad has an interest in celiac disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, inflammatory bowel disease, nutrition and various general gastrointestinal disorders.
