About
Dr. Helen Huang is a non-invasive cardiologist who practices in Porter Ranch and Simi Valley. She is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, and nuclear medicine. She specializes in cardiovascular medicine with an interest in furthering women's health. She is fluent in Cantonese.
Dr. Huang received her undergraduate and medical degrees in a combined program at Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education (City College of New York) and Albany Medical College in New York. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/West LA VA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. She completed her fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Huang grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and teaching medical students at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
Dr. Huang is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and American Society of Echocardiography.

Very careful clear explanations about aorta growth found. Not rushed explained options but willing and advised to get more invasive test views. Quick to view other specialist recent labs and had already directly contacted before I arrived home. Fortunate to have such a caring knowledge and calm clear speaking physician who has better ear and more precise tests done regularly.

Dr Huang makes me feel calm & reassured. She takes the time to make sure I can comprehend what my health condition is, based on the various tests I’ve already taken. Dr Huang has always been very kind, very knowledgable, caring snd most of all extremely accommodating. For example, I needed an urgent preop visit and I only had 5 days. While I struggled a bit getting other doctors scheduled, Dr. Huang s scheduled me within days realizing the importance. I appreciate this simple yet impactful gesture. Thank you Dr. Huang. Dr. Haung is always on top of her game, I’ve been seeing her for at least six years. She was the one who ordered me to have a EKG stress test and come to find out. I had three blocked arteries and a unruptured aneurysm on my aorta. So I’d say she’s looking out for me big time.

I love Dr Huang. She listens to me, asks questions and then if you suggestions on how to handle situations. She’s always available when I need her and that’s very important to me.

Dr.Huang was fabulous today & made time 4 me even when I was made late by Unexpected lane closures on one of the many freeways I needed to traverse to arrive at her Porter Ranch CA offices. I think it actually was her Lunch Break time….NOW that’s going the extra Mile 4 her patients!!! How fabulous is that? Absolutely!!!

We’re still trying to find out the cause of my shortness of breath. All the tests have been ordered and Dr. Huang has discussed the results with me. I think we have to change my medication’s so that’s what we talked about today.
