 The first Primary Care Journal Club of the year took place the evening of August 22nd. We were fortunate to have the lead author, Dr. Katherine Kahn, as a discussant for the article Dr. Neha Agarwal chose to present. The next Journal Club will be September 19th at 6:15 pm, with Farah Abdi, Lovelee Brown and Rachel Dajani presenting at Ben Waterman's home. All Faculty are invited to attend. The GIM-HSR Friday Noon Research Seminar returns from Summer break on September 15th with speaker, Dr. Alexander Young (Director, VA Mental Illness Research, Education and Clinical Center; Assoc. Dir, VA HSR&D Center of Excellence; Professor, UCLA Psychiatry). This year's theme will be Clinical Medicine through the Health Services Continuum.
