Dr. Rosenberg is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and is board certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree at the University of California, Irvine and completed his internship and residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he received the Ben Newman MD award in humanism two years in a row and was awarded the Internal Medicine Resident of the year. Dr. Rosenberg completed his fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at the Scripps Clinic and Green Hospital in La Jolla, California, where he received the Gittes Chairman’s Investigator award for research.
Dr. Rosenberg finds great fulfillment providing clinical care to community members in his hometown of Ventura, California. Giving back to his community and building a strong therapeutic patient-doctor relationship are very important to him. His holistic approach not only includes caring for the physical needs of his patients, but also their emotional and psychological needs as well. He finds great value in collaborating with different disciplines of medicine for the optimal outcome for each of his patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Rosenberg loves spending time with his family, being at the beach, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Rosenberg is truly one of the most compassionate and thorough physicians I have ever met. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt heard. He took the time to carefully review my complex medical history, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely wanted to understand why my symptoms are still persisting instead of rushing through my appointment. What stood out the most was how much he truly cared. He didn’t dismiss my concerns or make me feel like just another patient. He listened, explained his thought process, and looked deeper to try to find answers. After seeing so many doctors, it was incredibly reassuring to have a physician who was so kind, attentive, and invested in helping me. Dr. Rosenberg is the best. He is very knowledgeable and explains my medical conditions in a clear and understandable manner. Through his attention to detail he discovered a suspicious nodule on my left lung. This nodule turned out to be cancer where I had my left lower lobe of my lung removed. He was in contact with my surgeon and kept apprised of my progress. I feel very fortunate having Dr. Rosenberg as my doctor.
