Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) Fellowship

UCLA Child Neurology is excited to welcome a Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) Fellow! This is a 1-year interdisciplinary ACGME Training Program at UCLA, providing training in the clinical care for children with chronic neurologic conditions with behavioral, learning, and developmental concerns. Training encompasses diagnosis and management around various NDD's, including neurogenetic conditions, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, language disorders, and neurodevelopmental sequelae of other conditions. Our fellows will take part in the national LEND curriculum (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities), as well as specialized experiences with UCLA Clinics in Neurogenetics, Child Psychiatry, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, Med-Peds, Child Neurology, and Orthopedics.

  • One spot is available each academic year.
  • Applicants must be matriculating or a prior graduate from an ACGME-Accredited Child Neurology residency program.

  • Applications will include a personal statement, a minimum of 2 letters of recommendation (including one from the candidate's Child Neurology program director), and a copy of their USMLE and Transcripts.
