I had struggled with my weight for over 15 years. Between my psoriatic arthritis and polycystic ovarian syndrome, I was unable to lose weight no matter what I tried. The extra weight I carried made my medical conditions significantly worse, contributing to chronic fatigue, whole-body inflammation, and an A1C that I could not get under control.
