Your Care Options

Immediate Care Video Visit

Immediate Care Video Visits are an extension of walk-in immediate care for current UCLA Health patients. You don’t need an appointment, and after joining a virtual “queue,” you’ll meet with the first available physician through a secure video call. Immediate Care Video Visits are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 8 pm.

Once you’re connected, a physician will take the time to discuss your symptoms, decide on a treatment plan, answer any questions you may have, and arrange follow-up visits if you need them. This new option is ideal when you have minor medical concerns such as a rash, flu symptoms or signs of a respiratory infection.

Before you start your video visit, you will be notified what your copay is so that you can pay before joining the call. Insurance copays for virtual care vary.
