At CORE Kidney, our mission is to provide the best possible care for people living with kidney disease. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to our patients by implementing our CORE Values of Clinical Care, Outreach, Research, and Education. The 2026 CORE Kidney Patient Summit will bring together patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, researchers, and community partners to explore new ways to improve kidney care. Through open and honest conversations, we will discuss the challenges patients face and work together to find practical solutions that put patients and their families at the center of care. This educational event is designed to learn more about kidney health and connect with others dedicated to improving care.
