Arash Farin

Mr. Farin, a Partner and Managing Director, joined The Sage Group in 2009, and focuses on transactions in the e-commerce, personal care/beauty, media, location-based entertainment, and retail sectors. Previously, Mr. Farin worked in the Global Financial Sponsors Group at Lehman Brothers, where he advised on large-scale leveraged buyouts. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Farin worked in the M&A division at The Blackstone Group and in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Founded in 2000, The Sage Group is an independent investment bank that provides corporate finance advice to premium branded consumer and retail companies. Sage’s clients include private companies, public companies, and private equity funds worldwide. Sage advises on a broad range of M&A, capital raising, restructurings, take-privates, fairness opinions, and other corporate finance services.

Mr. Farin is also an active participant in the Pacific Council and the World Affairs Council. Mr. Farin graduated with a BS degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and studied at Oxford University. He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
