Thea Scotti

The granddaughter of a First World War Veteran, Thea was born in Winchester, UK and spent her childhood on the southeast coast of England. She graduated BA Hons from Exeter University.
Shortly after landing in New York City in 1998, Thea joined the fashion brand Nicole Farhi USA, and was recruited to their management team for the launch of their flagship retail store and restaurant, Nicole’s.
Thea found her NYC family when she joined the PJ Clarke’s team in 2002 during restoration of the iconic original location on Third Avenue. As Director of Hospitality Thea has helped oversee expansion of PJs within NYC and beyond to Washington DC and Philadelphia. She works alongside her husband, USMC Veteran and Clarkes Group CEO, Phil Scotti.
In 2019 Thea joined the Board of Community Partnership School, an independent non-profit school which provides high-quality early childhood education to students from historically underserved neighborhoods in urban North Central Philadelphia.
The Scotti’s have created a haven from NY city life on their farm in the Hudson Valley where they enjoy time with family. Their beloved Natasha, a competitive dressage rider, runs an equestrian facility and hosts accessible horse shows for riders of all abilities. Thea and Phil can often be found at their farm, doling out treats to their pack of cheeky Poitou Donkeys and they work with The American Livestock Conservancy to save this wonderful breed from extinction.
