About
Dr. Ana Rivera is an internal medicine-trained primary care physician. She takes care of patients ages 18 and up in the Santa Clarita Tourney Road office.
Originally from Simi Valley, CA, she has also lived in Florida. She completed her bachelor's degree at Harvard University and received her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She completed her residency training at UCLA as a member of the UCLA Santa Clarita - Olive View Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Track.
After training, Dr. Rivera chose to join the faculty of her residency clinic in Santa Clarita and is privileged to work with amazing UCLA Internal Medicine residents. Her areas of clinical interest include preventative health, mental health, women's health and LGBTQ+ health. Her areas of research interest include quality improvement, health equity and medical resident and student education.
When she is not working, she enjoys reading, dancing, hiking and listening to podcasts.
