I’ve seen many doctors over the years, but my experience with Dr. Peng was truly different. He listened to me with so much patience and attention and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything in a thoughtful and reassuring way. What touched me most was when he said that if anything else came to mind about my condition, he would let me know. That may sound like a small thing, but these days, when doctors are under so much time pressure, that level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. I left feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I’m very grateful to Dr. Peng and truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me. I’m hopeful for a good outcome.
