I came in because I had a bad cut and bruise on my forearm that I was afraid would become infected. Dr Takeuchi noticed that I had a temperature and took the time to figure out that I had Covid even though I had no symptoms. If I didn’t have that knowledge when I woke up in the middle of the night shivering and sore, I would have panicked and thought it was a bad infection from my arm and probably run to the emergency room. Dr Takeuchi’s thouroghness saved me that stress!

His bedside Mann wasn’t great. Dismissive and condescending regarding clinical explanations. I can say one positive was he did say that they are and would be there if I needed them. He seemed rushed and impatient. Maybe being the only immediate care doctor is stressful and he could use some help. It might change his mood.

Visit to Urgent Care in MDR with my husband...both very sick. Dr. was very thorough, knowledgeable & compassionate. Staff was pleasant. Both diagnosed w/flu. We were both given breathing treatments in office (very helpful!) and each left with an Albuterol inhaler. Prescription sent to Pharmacy & recuperating at home now.
