About

Dr. Digish Shah obtaind his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in Bronx, New York. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Health System in Los Angeles, CA in 2012. He joined the faculty at UCLA soon thereafter in 2012, and currently serves as a clinical instructor of the UCLA Hospitalist Service. His interests include heart failure and diabetes management. He has published in the Journal of Cardiac Failure regarding metformin therapy in diabetics with advanced systolic heart failure and has presented his work at the American Heart Association conference in 2008. He is board certified in Internal Medicine as of 2012.
