About

Jeremy Paul Moore is a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist practicing at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Moore is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), in Adult Congenital Heart Disease through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), and is a Certified Electrophysiologist and Cardiac Device Specialist through the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE). Dr. Moore specializes in the care of children and adults with both congenital and acquired disorders of cardiac rhythm, including sinus node dysfunction, atrioventricular block, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and various genetic arrhythmia syndromes. Dr. Moore has unique expertise in both conventional cardiac devices as well as a novel technology, such as the subcutaneous defibrillator and leadless cardiac pacemaker. Dr. Moore is well known for his ability to perform a wide variety of catheter ablation procedures in patients with structurally normal hearts as well as those with complex forms of congenital heart disease.

Dr. Moore has authored numerous publications on the diagnosis and management of arrhythmia problems in pediatric and adult congenital cardiology. In particular, Dr. Moore has published high impact papers describing his approach to catheter ablation of supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia in the most complex forms of congenital heart disease, such as d-transposition of the great arteries after the Mustard or Senning operation, the extracardiac Fontan operation, and for patients with Ebstein's anomaly. Dr. Moore has also published his experience with cardiac resynchronization therapy as well as a multicenter experience with the subcutaneous defibrillator for patients with congenital heart disease. Dr. Moore frequently speaks at cardiology symposiums given his experience with the arrhythmia management in patients with congenital heart disease. He is currently the co-chair of the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society (PACES) Subcommittee on Adult Congenital Heart Disease Research.

Jeremy Paul Moore is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. He is a member of the Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society (PACES), International Society of Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ISACHD), and the American Alliance for Research in Congenital Cardiology (AARCC). Dr. Moore is also currently the Co-chair of the PACES/ISACHD Collaboration on Electrophysiology Research in Adult Congenital Heart Disease, where he is working to improve our understanding of electrophysiology in patients with congenital heart disease.
