He interrupted me twice as I tried to explain my symptoms with my multiple health issues. The second time I had to stop him and ask if I could finish what I was saying, he said yes and when I finished, after a long pause I had to ask him what he was going to say.

It was terrific to have this appointment. Available to walk into urgent care and see a Doctor Who is thorough regarding something that may not be too common. He gave me a referral to a specialist so that I can seek more advice On Wednesday when I saw my physical therapist, he also examined what was going on and was very helpful based on the appointment with Dr. Chang. The one thing I would like to see is more attention to the variety of healing options. I avoid steroids from my experience.

At first he was a little rushed when he first came in but wanted to run a series of tests so I understood. Then when he saw all the results- he was great. He made sure to answer all my questions and made sure let me understand the results as well as all the medications. He also gave me options and choices- much appreciated. Overall, really good care especially a doctor I was seeing for the first time.
