I needed help urgently and the staff was able to get me in right away this morning. I was seen by Dr Cheng and he was efficient and nice and we very quickly covered the basics, no frills. He explained to me that there is a chance what I have is viral but he gave me antibiotics just in case. He was transparent without over complicating things and he came across as confident.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak with the doctor. This was particularly helpful because I felt miserable and I didn’t have to leave my home. Dr. Chang was very thorough and made sure that the medication he prescribed didn’t adversely interact with the other medications I take.

My doctor prescribed me two medications. One he did not fill, and he the other he neglected to complete the prior authorization for for two weeks. I had to go back to urgent care to get another doctor to fill the first. And now I am still waiting on the prior-authorization for the second. I feel like I am throwing money away and living in pain for no reason. The migraine clinic is unreachable.

I like that I got the appt fast but the Doctor didn’t ask questions about my medical condition. It seem to me he didn’t care although he got the job done in a time efficient manner.

Seemed like he wasn’t really letting me tell him everything that was going on. He was just like this is what you have and then when I asked for his opinion on what option I should choose to help it, he was like well that’s your choice. But I called for an opinion from a doctor, if not I would have just Googled that… Not good people skills to make the client feel heard and comfortable. He didn’t even tell me how to get the labs done or where to go…

Doctor wasn't able to explain difference between two kinds of antihistamines, when he was telling me to switch from one to the other. Seems a pretty basic thing to explain. Also didn't seem fully engaged.

Doctor was dismissive about my son’s rash worsening. When asked if there was anything I could put on his rash he said no. He sent my child back to school. I emailed his pediatrician today as the rash has continued to spread and she mentioned it could be a bacterial infection. Suggested comfort measures and recommend a visit. I am not pleased with the doctor in this video appointment.
