It was terrific to have this appointment. Available to walk into urgent care and see a Doctor Who is thorough regarding something that may not be too common. He gave me a referral to a specialist so that I can seek more advice On Wednesday when I saw my physical therapist, he also examined what was going on and was very helpful based on the appointment with Dr. Chang. The one thing I would like to see is more attention to the variety of healing options. I avoid steroids from my experience.

At first he was a little rushed when he first came in but wanted to run a series of tests so I understood. Then when he saw all the results- he was great. He made sure to answer all my questions and made sure let me understand the results as well as all the medications. He also gave me options and choices- much appreciated. Overall, really good care especially a doctor I was seeing for the first time.

easy being seen. Nurse assistant was wonderful. Doctor came in soon and was open for discussion. His work with numbing and stitching was good. The one flaw was in the "After Visit Summary" which said nothing about the care of the stitches. All it said was "return in 10 days for removal".

He was very brusque and seemed like he was in a hurry. He didn’t listen to what I was saying, and was probably in the room for 3 minutes. He did diagnose the issue and answer my questions. But I had to stop him from leaving to get my questions answered.
