Dr. Farrahi believes that strong primary care is both preventive and life changing. She has a deep passion for well-rounded family medicine, caring for patients across all stages of life. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, women’s health, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. She values continuity of care and takes pride in fostering long-term relationships with her patients, allowing for a more personalized, proactive, and meaningful approach to healthcare.
With a background in community medicine, Dr. Farrahi brings a holistic and resource-conscious perspective to patient care. She leverages this experience to create a “one-stop-shop” approach—helping patients navigate their healthcare needs efficiently by integrating preventive services, care coordination, and patient education into each visit.
Dr. Farrahi completed her medical training at Western University of Health Sciences, followed by residency in Family Medicine at California Hospital Medical Center. She further advanced her expertise through fellowship training in community medicine, where she strengthened her commitment to addressing healthcare disparities and improving access to care for diverse populations.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Farrahi is actively engaged in medical education, research, and community outreach. She is passionate about advancing healthcare knowledge, promoting preventive wellness, and improving health equity. This is a follow up to a visit to urgent care I had with Dr. Farrahi several months ago. It involved a skin condition Il’ve has for several years. The doctor had made some observation at that time which I had wanted to follow up with them about. Since Dr. Farrahi, was working within the confines of a regular practice and not urgent care this was the opportunity to do it. Dr. Farrahi had remembered the previous visit and was able to pick up and continue to investigate my skin issues with a path forward towards a diagnosis. which was a tremendous help to me.
