Linh Y. Truong, MD

Dr. Linh Truong is a general rheumatologist practicing at the UCLA Santa Monica Rheumatology Clinic, where she enjoys treating a full spectrum of rheumatic diseases, including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, vasculitis, myositis, gout, and osteoarthritis. She is skilled in joint and soft tissue injections and takes pride in providing patient-centered care.

Although she is a general rheumatologist, Dr. Truong is also a member of the Sjögren’s Clinical Care Team led by UCLA’s expert in Sjögren’s syndrome, Dr. Jennifer King.  Dr. Truong is experienced in managing complex Sjögren’s cases and performs vital diagnostic tests, including the unstimulated salivary flow test and Schirmer’s test, in her office.

Dr. Truong grew up in San Diego and completed her medical degree at the University of California, San Diego. She pursued her residency in internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine, followed by her fellowship training in rheumatology at the University of California, Los Angeles.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring Los Angeles’ diverse ethnic neighborhoods, immersing herself in the cultural and culinary experiences the city offers.
