She was extremely thorough, very friendly and personable, and expressed genuine care and concern for the situation I am dealing with. She really has been extremely thorough in exploring possible causes of my issue. She also took the time to clearly explain possible scenarios if a certain test result came back a certain way. It was all very reassuring and was exactly what I had hoped my experience would be.

Wait time in the seating room was reasonably short. My appointment started on time. All staff treated me with courtesy and respect. The doctor gave me a thorough explanation of my health condition; and the treatment plan we shall pursue. She was kind; knowledgeable; and extremely informative.
