Dr. Melissa Chung is an internal medicine physician practicing at UCLA Health in Burbank. She offers patient-centered primary care with a focus on disease prevention. Her goal is to develop meaningful patient-physician relationships centered on guiding patients towards living a healthy and fulfilling life.
Dr. Chung graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with dual degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Psychology. She briefly worked in the education and pharmaceutical industries before deciding to pursue medical school. Dr. Chung earned her medical degree from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, and completed her internal medicine residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Chung is a Los Angeles native. Her interests include exploring the local food scene, live music, plants, and the great outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pet Corgi.
