Mopelola Adeyemo, MD, MPH is a Clinical Instructor within the Division of Clinical Nutrition at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Adeyemo completed her masters in public health with specialization in biostatistics and epidemiology at the University of Southern California. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Riverside. Then completed her fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Adeyemo is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Adeyemo’s areas of research interest include obesity, obesity-related comorbidities including nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and health disparities related to these disease states. Her primary areas of practice include treatment and prevention of diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity including related comorbidities.
