Nikita M. Maniar, MD, MBA

Dr. Nikita Maniar is a board-certified Neurologist and fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. She earned her medical degree at St. George’s University and completed her Neurology residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She is trained in general neurology, as well as management of specialty disorders, such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Long Covid, and Headaches.

Prior to starting at UCLA Health, Dr. Maniar held the title & role of Medical Director in the Department of Neurology at the University of Illinois Chicago. She was also involved as a co-PI for a NIH trial involving Long Covid patients.

Dr. Maniar grew up in South Florida, where she enjoyed playing basketball, biking, Indian classical dancing, and traveling with her family.

Dr. Maniar is currently a part of the American Academy of Neurology and the Los Angeles Neurological Society.
