Dr. Ora Yadin is a Pediatric Nephrologist at UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital and a Professor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.

Dr. Yadin earned her medical degree at the Hadassah Medical Center at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, did her pediatrics residency at the Soroka Medical Center at the Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel and her Pediatric Nephrology fellowship at UCLA. She joined the faculty of the Department of Pediatrics at UCLA
after completing her fellowship. Along with caring for children with kidney diseases she teaches fellows, residents and medical students.

Dr. Yadin conducts several Pediatric Nephrology clinics at UCLA as well as at outreach clinics in Ventura, Bakersfield and City of Hope.
At UCLA Dr. Yadin runs a general nephrology clinic on Thursday mornings where she takes care of children with a variety of conditions involving the kidneys, such as proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, hypertension, urological/anatomical abnormalities, urine tract infections, cystic kidney diseases, stone diseases, causes of acid-base and electrolyte abnormalities such as Renal Tubular Acidosis (RTA) and Bartter Syndrome, syndromes involving the kidneys and follow up after acute kidney injury (AKI).

Dr. Yadin also runs a combined Pediatric Nephrology/Rheumatology clinic (for patients with lupus, ANCA positive glomerulonephritides, Henoch-Schönlein Purpura) and special clinics for patients with Cystinosis and Tuberous Sclerosis and hypertension, where she performs Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM).

Dr. Yadin's research interests include the study of factors affecting progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children, growth in children with CKD, diagnosis and treatments of stone diseases in children and treatments for renal tubular acidosis (RTA).

Dr. Yadin is a member of the American Society of Nephrology (ASN), the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology (ASPN), the International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA) and the Western Society of Pediatric Nephrology (WSPN). She takes part in family educational conferences such as the Cystinosis IMPACT program, Nephcure and Tuberous Sclerosis Foundation organizations.

Dr. Yadin is an avid Lakers fan, loves to bike and play with kids. In addition to English, she speaks Hebrew, and some medical Spanish.
