Dr.Lei is kind, patient, personable, and aware of the patients perspective. He regularly takes the time to explain medical terms in laymen terms so that the patient can participate in the development of a doable treatment plan. His relationship building skills are central to how he approaches patient care. He takes the time to get to know you and the context in which you live so that whole patient care is provided. I especially appreciate his natural warmth and calm demeanor. Dr. Lei is quite knowledgeable and I’m thrilled that he is my doctor.
