Perfect. I wasn’t clear on whether my symptoms warranted going to the ER or not. She told me what to monitor for today that would call for a ER visit and referred me to see a specialist asap to be checked even if my symptoms don’t return today. Loved being able to do this via telemedicine, instead of going to the ER or urgent care.

I hurt my Left hand pinky finger while bowling last night So I decided to go have it checked today I had no appointment thank goodness that let me get my finger checked It was not broken ect just bruised and cut a little And hurt the doctor looked at it and made a decision to have an x ray it went well They wrapped it up and put a splint on it And sent me on my way Glad they UCLA Health was able to let me be seen by someone Thank youn

The facility, the nurse, the welcoming crew were all amazing! The doctor was ok. She just seemed rushed, too impersonal and too direct with bad news. My internal doctor did not make my blood work sound so horrible as this doctor did! How about teaching your new doctors some soft skills! Thanks!

Great experience at Woodland Hills urgent care yesterday. Dr Mesh was outstanding. She took the time to make me feel comfortable, went over the possibilities due to my ear discomfort, and examined me with a gentle touch. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She removed a small piece of ear wax, and I felt less dizzy right away.

Listened carefully. Understood patient’s concerns. Ordered an x-ray to rule out pneumonia. Prescribed an inhaler and said she’d wait until she saw the radiologist’s report to see if antibiotics would be necessary. She was very kind and approachable, besides being knowledgeable.

Dr. mesh UCLA Woodland Hills California was very nice. She read my history in her office before coming into the room. I told her all of my issues I was having. She ordered a flu RSV strep and Covid test. She said she would order Augmentin for my sinus infection. She listened to my lungs. I went to CVS to get my medicine. They had no order. I tried calling the office for a half an hour. No answer. I drove all the way back to Woodland Hills. The doctor was gone the young lady at the desk sent her a message , but I did not get my medicine until Monday afternoon. I was not happy at all.

Immediate care doctor. Lovely young women. Read my chart/complaint before coming in to see me. Ordered an x-ray and had results when she came into the room. Desk helpful and pleasant. Only complaint is Dr. ordered ultrasound and the UCLA facility was booked till mid January and waiting a few days for her to send an order to a non UCLA facility close to my home.

She listened to my lungs, I wish she would have looked at my throat but I didn't even think to ask until after I left the appointment. Overall it was a very positive experience for a walk in clinic. It's good to know I can get similar caliber of care when I can't get I to see my GP.

The doctor was helpful. She asked questions that helped me communicate why I was there. She answered questions I had. She allowed me to share some of my story in a way that wasnt tmi (too much information) and I was comforted by immediate understanding and a calming assurance that I was alright and could be at peace.
