Richard Miller’s practice focuses on real estate transactions including leasing, brokerage, development, construction, ownership, finance, and acquisition and disposition of all kinds of real estate projects. Mr. Miller started his practice at Allen Matkins prior to joining GPFM. His clients are prominent, local, national, and international public and private companies and individuals from diverse backgrounds. With more than 20 years of experience as a real estate lawyer, Mr. Miller has represented clients in nearly every aspect of real estate. He employs a hands-on approach and understands the marketplace underpinnings of sophisticated real estate transactions. Many clients first come to Mr. Miller as a result of his reputation as a deal maker. He is known for his ability to get deals done in a practical and efficient manner. Mr. Miller joined the Simms Mann UCLA Center Advisory Board in 2012.
