Dr. Chirra was kind enough to squeeze me in before her scheduled morning appointments to assess my lingering symptoms following the flu and acute sinusitis. I'd had a video visit with another MD who had prescribed an antibiotic, but after a week, I was still having issues with fluid in my ears. After she examined my ears, she prescribed a different antibiotic and started me on a couple of other meds. She took the time to explain what was going on and why she was prescribing each medication. I'm very grateful that Dr. Chirra made the time to physically examine me so that she knew exactly what combination of meds I needed.
