Dr. M is a great physician, and a great human. She is easy to talk to, listens well, displays genuine empathy, and seems to take a true interest in her patients. One of the challenges for patients, as well as a key factor and physician burnout, is the lack of that personal relationship between patient and provider. Dr Melkonian bridges that gap flawlessly. The doctor was very thorough and asked questions to cover all my bases. She also did not disregard anything I said and was quick to answer any questions. She took care of all my labs and other referrals I needed in a timely manner.
