At UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, we provide cancer survivorship services for both general and specific patient populations at a variety of clinics located throughout Southern California and via telehealth.

Cancer Survivorship Adult Generalist Clinic at UCLA Health 

The UCLA Health Adult Cancer Survivorship Consultative Clinic is led by Dr. Patricia Ganz, a pioneer in survivorship care and research. This clinic provides comprehensive assessments of survivorship-related needs and risks and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with patients' oncology teams, specialists, and primary care. 

Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Survivorship Clinic at UCLA Health

The Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Survivorship Clinic at UCLA Health is led by Dr. Jacqueline Casillas. this specialty survivorship clinic was established to address the medical and quality-of-life issues of survivors of cancers diagnosed during childhood, adolescence, and the young adult years. Assessing the health care needs for the survivors includes a comprehensive health evaluation, a psychosocial assessment and targeted specialty referrals.

Gynecologic Oncology Survivorship and Wellness Program at UCLA Health

The UCLA Division of Gynecologic Oncology Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive survivorship care which includes review of a patient’s cancer history and treatment, as well as addressing any physical and emotional side effects that come after treatment.

Breast Cancer Survivorship and Wellness Program at UCLA Health

The UCLA Breast Cancer Survivorship and Wellness Program offers comprehensive follow up care after primary treatment for breast cancer is completed, with the goal of enhancing and supporting quality of life and longevity.

Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Program

The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Program provides additional support and resources to individuals between the ages of 15-39 who are living with and beyond cancer. AYA Survivorship Consultations are available at the UCLA Health adult and pediatric generalist clinics.
