Care Compliments

Nurse Judith truly cares about her patients. Out of all the nurses that offered to help me she truly demonstrated how she can help. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout her shift. Some nurses only come visit during medications and as needed for NST, but she went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. Words can't express my gratitude which is why I wanted to leave a compliment on the app to thank her for her generosity in care. She reminds me so much of my OBGYN Dr. Rao who is also very attentive to her patients and should be a guiding light to other nurses to go the extra mile.

I was accompanying a friend that I had referred to my wonderful allergist Dr. Pham's office, and the care individual at the front desk could not have been more helpful with my friend and I as well as with other patients. I watched her handle her responsibilities with patience, kindness and professionalism. Just wanted to let everyone know. It was much appreciated as going into a health office can be emotionally overwhelming, so having someone like Esmeralda greet us and take care of our initial needs is very comforting.

We have had several nurses during this inpatient stay for my mother. I happened to see Jessica the day before and even though she wasn't assigned to our room, she just seemed to be around and helped me with a few questions. I noticed that she seemed to be in a charge nurse/relief position and was helping out her fellow nurses with an aptitude that I've seldom seen on the wards. Then the next day she was the nurse assigned to my mother and I can say with confidence that Jessica's positive demeanor really brightened our day. She was excellent - attention to detail, efficiency in bedside care, medical knowledge, and most of all - has a true healing effect on her patients. Thank you!

Jessica G is truly an amazing caregiver! Her attention to detail is excellent, going over all of my medications and making sure that I got everything I needed. Dr. Alina Katsman is a super awesome doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Katsman readily follows through on all health questions, bloodwork and pharmacy refills. My husband and I are very pleased with her and are following her when she changes locations.
