Why I chose UCLA: I chose UCLA for the outstanding clinical training I would be exposed to while working side by side with outstanding physician residents under the guidance of highly accomplished faculty attending physicians. The opportunity to grow my skill-set while being able to live near my hometown surrounded by my friends and family made UCLA an easy choice for me and one I do not regret.
Hobbies/Interests: My wife and I enjoy hiking and trips to the beach in the summer and to the mountains for snowboarding in the winter. We also have a lot of friends and family in the Los Angeles area that we see often. At home, we enjoy watching the latest primetime HBO shows together. I am an avid sports fan and root for the Lakers, Dodgers, Raiders, and UCLA. I also frequently play soccer and occasionally basketball.
