Dr. Hannah Kwak is a primary care physician who enjoys caring for both children and adults.  Her interests include women’s health, transition medicine for those with chronic childhood conditions, adolescent/young adult health, and preventive medicine to optimize lifestyle management to prevent chronic diseases. In addition to her clinical work, she is passionate about improving community health and the quality of health care services delivered to patients.

Dr. Kwak grew up in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area where she completed her undergraduate education at University of Maryland – College Park.  She moved to Michigan to complete her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University before coming to the University of California – Los Angeles to complete a Preventive Medicine fellowship.

In her free time, she loves trying new foods, taking walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
